Karnib Saddik Law Firm is looking to employ a Criminal Lawyer to join our growing team.

Your role

Providing advice and representing clients in a wide range of criminal law matters nationwide. You will be expected to attend Court mentions and eventually reach a position of providing our clients with independent legal advice.

Conducting legal research and formulating strategy bespoke to each client's needs.

Negotiating with prosecutors and other legal parties to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Maintaining detailed records and providing regular updates to clients on the progress of their cases.

Contributing to the firm's knowledge base and assisting with the training and development of junior clerks who aspire to be in your position in the near future.

What we're looking for

Degree in Law and admission to practice as a solicitor in NSW

Minimum 2 years' experience in Criminal law

Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to providing exceptional client service
