Location: Fortitude Valley and Albany Creek, Brisbane, QLD

Hours: Flexible – ideally 4 days per week (open to negotiation)

Pay: $40 - $50 per hour (permanent) or $50 - $60 per hour (casual).
Dependent on experience.

About The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for new patients. You’ll:

Welcome patients and guide them through their first appointment

Explain orthodontic treatment options in clear, friendly language

Support patients to make informed decisions about starting treatment

Coordinate payment plans and treatment start logistics

Work closely with our orthodontists and admin team to make the process smooth and positive

What We’re Looking For:

Sales or customer service experience

Friendly, professional communication style

Organised, reliable, and confident with technology

A genuine interest in helping people and building relationships
