What you’ll do

Assist in preparing tender documents, cost estimates, and trade packages for metal roofing & cladding.

Perform drawing take-offs (roofing, cladding, flashings, insulation, accessories) and build tidy BOQs.

Gather, register, and update drawings, tracking addenda and revisions; raise RFIs when needed.

Collect supplier/subbie quotes, complete comparisons, and support Senior Estimators with analysis.

Visit live sites to build practical knowledge of construction methods and access/safety considerations.

Provide admin support while learning estimating fundamentals and HB39/NACC awareness.

Actively participate in training constantly building skills, accuracy, and speed.

What we’re looking for

A recent graduate in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.

Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and organisational skills.

Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with people and suppliers.

Positive, energetic team player keen to learn and grow.

Nice to have: Excel (lookups/pivots), Bluebeam or Procore/Hammertech familiarity, NSW White Card, driver’s licence.
