We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Estimator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates for demolition, bulk/detail excavation, and shoring works

Manage bid tendering processes and submissions

Attend client tender meetings

Liaise with builders, project managers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders

Prepare Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and other safety documentation

Perform contract administration duties, including reviewing scopes of work and contracts prior to sign-off

Conduct site visits as required

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or civil engineering industry

A degree qualification in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience preparing tenders and quotes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Solid knowledge of construction processes and the project lifecycle

Familiarity with local construction and engineering codes

Local experience in a similar role is highly desirable
