About the role

Humanity Health Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic telehealth team. As an Occupational Therapist - Telehealth, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional virtual care to our clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals from the comfort of their own homes.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for clients with a range of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs

Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions via telehealth, including activity analysis, adaptation, and training

Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care

Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans to optimise client outcomes

Maintain detailed clinical notes and records, ensuring compliance with professional and organisational standards

Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Experience as an Occupational Therapist, with a strong background in telehealth or virtual care is desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively via video conferencing

Proficient in the use of telehealth technology and platforms, with a willingness to embrace innovation

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a client-centered approach

Adaptable and resilient, able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
