About you:
You’re a natural problem solver with initiative and ambition. You have highly developed ‘soft skills’: you’re friendly, compassionate and calm. You enjoy a lively team environment and work well with others. You’re computer literate and confident multitasking. You hold a full unrestricted driving license.
Availability:
We require someone approximately 24 - 39 hours a week with hours available during the week as well as weekends.
About the role:
The role on offer is a customer facing role, covering the end to end process from booking enquiries to returned vehicles. This is essentially a communication role.
Key criteria:
Formal email communication style excellent phone manner
Proactive and creative approach to booking and fleet utilisation.
Process oriented and happy to work towards team goals.
Outstanding customer service 100% of the time.
Building and maintaining relationships with our corporate clients.
Clear communication- happy to learn and not afraid to ask for help.
Reliable and dependable as weekends are very busy at Orana
