We are looking for a talented, passionate, and creative Florist to join our busy and growing floral design studio. If you love working with flowers, have an eye for detail, and enjoy creating arrangements that bring joy to people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions (weddings, funerals, events, corporate, daily orders)

Assist with custom orders, ensuring client briefs and styles are met

Care for and maintain flowers and plants to ensure freshness and quality

Process customer orders in-store, online, and over the phone

Ensure the shop is always tidy, welcoming, and well-presented

Assist with unpacking, prepping, and conditioning flower stock

Deliver outstanding customer service and advice

Requirements

Previous florist or floral design experience preferred (formal qualifications a bonus but not essential)

Strong creative flair and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders

Must be available to work weekends and peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.)

Positive team attitude – willing to support and work collaboratively with others

Good communication and customer service skills

Reliable, hardworking, and motivated
