In Bloom Florist in Brookvale, Chatswood and Eastgardens, is seeking experienced senior florists to join our team. As a casual employee, you will play a crucial role in creating beautiful floral arrangements and delivering exceptional customer service in our vibrant shop.

Key Responsibilities

Design and arrange fresh flowers into unique and visually appealing bouquets, centrepieces, and other floral creations.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them select the perfect flowers for their needs.

Maintain shop inventory, including receiving, processing, and caring for fresh flower deliveries.

Keep the workspace and displays clean, organised, and visually appealing.

Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the shop’s overall success.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a senior florist or in a similar role.

Strong floral design skills with a keen eye for colour, texture, and balance.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for flowers and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
