The Project Engineer will play an important role in managing the delivery of our expanding portfolio of Defence, mining, rail, heavy industry and infrastructure projects and will report to the Senior Project Engineer.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate experience in:

· Project Planning & Management: Develop detailed project plans, manage project lifecycles, allocate resources, and set realistic timelines for project completion including budget management and reporting

· Quality Assurance: Ensure production processes adhere to quality standards and regulations, participating in quality verification processes like APQP and PPAP

· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project, conducting feasibility studies and implementing corrective action

· Technical Expertise: Apply technical knowledge of product design and manufacturing processes to ensure projects are completed effectively and safely

· Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Facilitate clear communication among project teams, customers, and other stakeholders, presenting project progress and addressing needs

· Project procurement

· Strong interpersonal and written communication

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Must be an Australian Citizen or eligible for Australian Citizenship

Must be able to obtain and hold a Defence Security Clearance

· Must be able to obtain a current Police Clearance
