The Opportunity
We are now looking to expand our team with an in-house content creator
This role will be responsible for content creation for social platforms including engaging with our online audience, and creating content to build our brand and our fans!
This is a flexible, part-time position that can be based on the Gold Coast or Brisbane. Our office is at Eight Mile Plains, but we have stores throughout the Gold Coast and Logan Region. While some work may be undertaken remotely, for content creation purposes you will be required to visit our restaurants weekly
Responsibilities
● Plan, produce and edit engaging social media content for our Instagram and TikTok channels (including basic graphics, photography and video).
● Promote our products via interesting, informative, educational and/or entertaining social media content.
● Enhance audience engagement across all social media platforms and respond to customer DMs promptly.
● Stay up to date with social media trends and algorithms to understand what drives engagement and how to optimise content for better performance.
● Monitor and interpret social media analytics, and tailor content to improve social media engagement
● Assist with running paid promotions through Instagram and TikTok.
We are seeking an individual with:
● Demonstrated experience in content creation and social media management.
A deep understanding of social media platforms—including current trends and algorithm changes
Proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar apps (experience with Adobe and DSLR photography is not essential but will be highly regarded).
● The ability to stay organised and work autonomously.
● A great work ethic with a willingness to move fast and be flexible.
● A knack for eye-catching content.
Previous work in QSR industry is preferred.
