Your new role

The Appliance Installer role is a hands-on position responsible for delivering high-quality installation and servicing of kitchen and laundry appliances, ensuring every project is completed with precision, safety, and attention to detail. Working closely with a skilled in-house team, the Installer contributes directly to the company's reputation for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction by handling tasks such as fitting, testing, troubleshooting, and providing aftercare guidance to clients. This role plays a key part in upholding the organisation's customer-first values, ensuring that appliances not only function as intended but also integrate seamlessly into home environments. Success in this position supports the business's long-term goals of maintaining trusted client relationships, reinforcing its market presence, and driving repeat business through service excellence. The Installer will be expected to work independently on site while also collaborating within the broader team to share expertise, solve problems, and deliver consistently outstanding results.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience in appliance installation or a related trade advantageous but not essential
• MR or HR truck licence highly advantageous for transporting and handling appliances
• Strong practical skills with the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to follow technical instructions and specifications with attention to detail
• Presentable and professional appearance suitable for client-facing work
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot on-site issues
• Customer-focused mindset with clear and courteous communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as within a team
• Physical capability to lift and manoeuvre heavy appliances safely
