Your new role

As a Civil Labourer, you will play an essential role in supporting the delivery of diverse civil construction and infrastructure projects, working alongside skilled trades and operators to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include assisting with site preparation, trenching, concreting, utility installation, and general labouring duties, contributing to the successful completion of projects across earthworks, roadworks, land development, and mining infrastructure. This role is vital to maintaining project momentum and quality, directly impacting client satisfaction and the company’s reputation for excellence. Working as part of a collaborative and safety-focused team, you will be expected to follow instructions, operate within established procedures, and demonstrate reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. What you'll need to succeed

• White Card certification to meet site safety requirements
• Previous experience in civil construction or labouring roles
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in varied conditions
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices
• Reliability and punctuality to support project schedules
• Adaptability to work across different tasks including trenching, concreting, and site preparation
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in civil works
• MR/HR driver’s licence highly advantageous for supporting site operations
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced team members
• Strong communication skills to liaise with supervisors and co-workers
• Ability to work in both metropolitan and remote project environments
