Alliance Community is one of Queensland's leading providers of disability/aged support services in the community, and is currently looking for support workers on the gold Coast and surrounds.

About the role

We are seeking capable and reliable support workers to provide assistance with all aspects of daily living of aged and disability clients.

We have a variety of casual NDIS and agency shifts available including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends.

We are increasing our capacity around the Gold Coast and as such we have a number of shifts that need filling ASAP and more requests coming in.

Clients are in need of domestic support, social support, community access and personal care to assist them to live independently in their own homes.

Skills and experience

Mandatory:

• Must have demonstrated prior paid experience in a community setting (aged/disability/mental health etc)
• Current driving license and your own comprehensively insured vehicle
• Current First Aid/CPR
• Police Check (or willingness to obtain

Desirable:

• Ability to work a variety of shifts time
• Completion of or enrolment in a Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support or similar
• Current Yellow card or NDIS Worker Screen (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
