Ruby/.NET Developer – Contract

📍 Central Adelaide Office | 💼 Contract to end of March | 💲 PAYG or ABN rates

We are looking for a skilled Ruby or .NET Developer to join a dynamic team on a contract basis. This role will focus on developing, maintaining, and improving web applications and APIs, with opportunities for some flexible WFH.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails or .NET frameworks.
  
  
• Design and implement relational data models and work with SQL databases.
  
  
• Apply Object-Oriented design, Service-Oriented Architecture, and API design principles.
  
  
• Integrate systems and applications through APIs, and work with XML and JSON data formats.
  
  
• Analyse existing application processes and implement improvements.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
  
  
• Promote organisational values and maintain high standards of professional behaviour.
  
  

About You

• Demonstrated experience in web development with Ruby on Rails or .NET.
  
  
• Strong understanding of relational data modelling, SQL, and API integration.
  
  
• Skilled in object-oriented programming, XML/JSON, and process improvement.
  
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  
  
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies, JavaScript, frontend development, or identity management (SAML/OAuth) is desirable.
  
  
• Graduate degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Casual Loading
