Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Pharmacy Assistant, you will support the pharmacy team in providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Handling customer inquiries and providing product information

Assisting in the preparation of prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist

Managing stock levels and replenishing shelves

Performing cashier duties and handling transactions

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Assisting with inventory control and stock management

Participating in training and development opportunities

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Basic computer skills

Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy setting is an advantage but not essential

Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
