We are seeking passionate and experienced hospitality professionals to join our dynamic team across two of the Southwest’s most iconic venues — Ilma Beach House and Meelup Farmhouse.

With a reputation for delivering exceptional food, beverage, and service in some of the region’s most picturesque locations, we offer a fast-paced and rewarding work environment that requires energy, focus, and a genuine love for hospitality. This is not a role for the faint-hearted — we are busy year-round and committed to excellence in everything we do.

We are currently hiring casual team members across all key departments, with opportunities for the right candidates to grow into long-term roles.

Now Hiring – multiple roles available across both venues:

Front of House floor staff

Baristas

Bartenders

Dishwashing & back of house support

Chefs

Functions and Events - floor and bar staff

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals with a professional attitude and a strong work ethic. Ideal candidates will bring:

Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment

A strong understanding of quality food and beverage service

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Resilience and adaptability under pressure

A positive and proactive approach to customer service

Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and variable shifts with own transport options to get to the venues (our venues are open Thursday through Monday)

A willingness to commit long-term and grow with the business
