The Role:

This is an office that thrives in a fun and friendly environment. With plenty of training and development, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Processing tenancy applications
• Handling enquiries from prospective tenants
• Scheduling the inspection run
• Issuing entry notices
• Managing enquiries
• Liaising with tenants
• Key management

The Candidate:

• 6-12 months Real Estate experience in a similar role
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be energetic & have a can-do attitude!
