A well-established and rapidly growing civil construction company is seeking a Senior WHS Advisor to join their team. This role is split 50/50 between office and site, offering the chance to be hands-on while also contributing strategically to safety systems and processes.

• 7am – 5pm working hours

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for ensuring WHS compliance across multiple projects, supporting operational teams, and driving a positive safety culture. The role requires balancing site inspections, risk assessments, and audits with office-based reporting, planning, and system improvements.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong WHS experience, ideally within civil construction
• Senior-level background in safety highly desirable
• Exposure to quarry environments will be advantageous
• Proven ability to engage with teams on-site and influence at all levels
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation and systems
