About the Role:

The role of Clinical Development Nurse (CDN) is to provide a coordinated and structured approach for nursing education for staff members of the relief pool and casual nurse pool within the Patient Flow Unit (PFU). The PFU CDN works as a member of the PFU Leadership Group to deliver formal, informal and/or opportunistic education to staff, as well as support the development of clinical skills. In addition, this role provides clinical leadership for nursing professional and clinical practice, education and supports management activities. The applicant should demonstrate a willingness to be part of a vibrant and committed organisation that represents a set of values to allow for the provision of high-quality health care.
