An international bank with a strong and growing presence in Australia is looking to add an ambitious Senior Analyst to its Project Finance team, based in Sydney CBD. This newly created role is part of the bank's continued expansion across infrastructure, energy, and major syndicated lending transactions.

As part of a high-performing local team, you'll support the full lifecycle of complex transactions-from financial modelling and credit analysis to execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring. The position offers diverse exposure across sectors and deal structures, and a chance to work closely with senior stakeholders and global teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Support end-to-end deal processes including due diligence, financial modelling, and legal documentation
• Prepare credit papers, risk assessments, and support structuring of new transactions
• Assist with ongoing asset monitoring, industry research, and financial analysis
• Build strong knowledge of project finance structures, including PPAs, concession agreements, and EPC/O&M contracts
• Collaborate with stakeholders locally and offshore, gaining significant exposure and development

What you'll bring:

• 3-7 years' experience in banking or advisory, with exposure to project or structured finance
• Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills
• Experience working across infrastructure, energy, or similar asset classes
• Commercial acumen, strong communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset
