About the role

Join our thriving team at Mint Plumbing and Relining as a Dispatch Service Representative (DSR) in our Bondi Beach, NSW office. This role is the backbone of our operations, with dispatching and scheduling as your primary responsibility. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development. Ideal candidate will have a background with trade/plumbing experience.

What you will be doing

Answering incoming calls from customers, providing support

Job allocation (dispatch): Managing new or rebooked jobs on ServiceM8 dashboard while considering time, location and service excellence

Book customer jobs via our CRM system (ServiceM8) accurately ensuring inbound call tracking and all other data entry details are noted

Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Support the Tradesman in their plumbing operations while at job i.e. live schedule management

What we are looking for

Strong dispatch and scheduling skills. Experience in a trade or service environment is highly regarded

Previous CSR / DSR experience in a customer-facing role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong multitasking skills

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Willingness to occasionally assist with urgent after-hours coordination
