THE ROLE
You will be responsible for delivering high quality technical support to users through various channels, ensuring timely resolution for all problems and incidents. Additionally, the role involves supervising the IT Service Desk Officers, managing ticket priorities, and collaborating with the broader IT team to enhance service quality and implement streamlined processes for issue resolution.
ABOUT YOU
Demonstrated experience in providing first and second level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Able to effectively communicate with a diverse range of users, building and maintaining positive relationships.
Experience in coordinating with team members, sharing knowledge, and contributing to collective goals to enhance overall IT support processes and service delivery.
Able to work flexible day work hours, Monday to Friday and provide occasional after hours support as required
