About the role
As a Course Advisor, you’ll take full ownership of the enrolment journey. From the first call to final “yes,” you’ll consult with prospective students, understand their goals, and sell them into the right course.

We’re looking for people who don’t need micromanagement. If you’re proactive, disciplined, and motivated to push past minimum standards, you’ll thrive here.

What you’ll be doing

Making 150+ outbound calls/day to warm leads (no cold calling)

Running consultative conversations that uncover real motivations

Enrolling students into nationally recognised courses

Owning your pipeline and results end-to-end

Bringing urgency, energy, and accountability to every day
