We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide our Agile teams in delivering high-impact, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies & Team Coaching: Lead all Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning) while coaching teams on Agile principles to foster self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.
• Drive Delivery & Remove Impediments: Support teams in meeting delivery goals by eliminating blockers, managing dependencies, tracking key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time), and ensuring alignment with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Enable High-Impact Delivery: Take ownership of delivery outcomes by ensuring focus on priorities, promoting accountability, and continuously optimizing team practices to achieve predictable, high-quality results.
