Global Cyber Security product company seeks a mid-level Scrum Master to lead dynamic Agile development teams. High visibility role interfacing with advanced software development teams. Need sharp person with influential personality. 1 year contract. $800 Daily. Flexible Work-From-Home policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA, Data Engineers and Team Leaders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain project artefacts in JIRA and Gantt tools.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across projects.
• Support Scaled Agile practices (e.g. SAFe) and contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO
• Provide regular reporting using metrics and measurements to demonstrate team health, delivery progress, and overall project success

Required Skills:

• 6–8 years in Scrum Master and project management in software delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Gantt charting tools
• Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum Master certification or equivalent
• Experience in security, or enterprise platforms
