About the Role:

Position: Office Administrator

Employment Type: Casual (flexible hours)

Location: Warana

Start Date: Negotiable

Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

General office admin and support for day-to-day operations

Creating, maintaining, and analysing spreadsheets (Excel is your happy place!)

Data entry, document management, and filing

Assisting with invoicing, reports, and scheduling

Answering phones and emails professionally

Supporting team members with administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

Advanced Excel skills – confident with formulas, using macros, pivot tables, and data manipulation

Strong attention to detail and excellent time management

Great communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to multitask and work independently

Experience with MYOB is a plus
