Hillwood Berries are excited to be launching a new season for our Farmgate Café!

The Café is open 7 days a week from 9:00 until 5:00. With a peak season throughout the summer holidays.

Tasks & responsibilities

Oversight of everyday operations of the café.

Focus on customer experience.

Ensuring consistency and quality of product.

Supervision and training of casual team members.

Use of point of sale systems.

Liaising with management.

Oversight of food safety in the cafe.

Stock control and ordering.

Maintaining cleanliness of the cafe.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Café supervisor.

Food preparation and presentation skills is required.

A team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Able to deliver exceptional customer service

Be detail orientated and passionate about providing a high standard of food and beverage.
