Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and community Disability support roles.
Partner with service managers to understand staffing needs ,workforce planning and job briefs .
Advertise roles and actively source candidates through multiple platforms.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Conduct and track compliance checks for all new starters
Maintain recruitment records and support onboarding processes
About You
Relevant Qaulification in Human Resources and/or previous recruitment/HR experience (disability, aged care, or community services highly regarded).
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
Understanding of compliance requirements within the NDIS/disability sector.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Passion for inclusive practices and supporting people with disability to live their best lives.
Current NDISWSC, WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to obtain Police Check (no older than 3 months)
