• Manage a busy portfolio filling up to 40 roles / month
• Paying $46-$48/hr + Super
• Full time office hours - 40 hours / week
• Parramatta based - Hybrid working - 2 days from home

Our client is a distinguished leader in the security and emergency response services industry in Australia and provide unparalleled services to a diverse range of clients.

We are partnering with them to recruit a skilled Talent Acquisition person for a holiday cover temp role, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. This role will be reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager and is part of an incredible TA and wider P+C team.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

As the Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be instrumental in managing the organisation’s recruitment efforts, taking complete ownership of your client portfolios.

You will have:

• Proven experience as an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist or agency Recruiter - experience managing a high volume of roles will set you up for success!
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Be agile and adaptable to ongoing changes and new processes introduced by the client
• Transferable industries include; facilities management, healthcare, retail, blue collar, transport and logistics
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Understand the recruitment lifecycle from interviews to document collection and team coordination. Ability to assist and work alongside the existing team to find solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a volume recruitment setting
• Ability to proactively source candidates, manage job ads, and engage directly with candidates via phone
• Proficiency with HRIS or ATS software. Experience with WorkDay is a significant advantage
