We are seeking a number of staff for administrative positions within the Insurance sector based in the CBD for an immediate start (Monday 6th October 2025).
Responsibilities will include:
- Review historical travel insurance claims to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missed entitlements.
- Reassess declined or partially paid claims in line with updated guidelines or remediation criteria.
- Interpret and analyse detailed case notes, supporting documents, and claim outcomes.
- Accurately calculate any owed amounts, including handling currency conversions.
- Record remediation decisions with clear and detailed notes for audit and compliance purposes.
- Navigate internal claims processing systems and tools to locate and update records.
- Follow standard remediation processes and contribute to process improvements where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, compliance, medical assistance) to resolve complex cases.
- Work to strict timelines and targets while maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Operate within a structured, high-volume environment requiring repetition and consistency.
Skills and Experience we are seeking:
- Processing orders / claims
- Experience working within a legislative framework
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
On Offer:
- Assignment through until the 5th December 2025 with possible extension
- $37.13 p/h + super - Monday to Friday
- CBD - 5 minute walk from Central Station
