Join a well-established construction and property group as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in shaping brand presence and engaging with stakeholders across multiple platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Experience in construction, property, or professional services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign essential) and MS Office.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, and EDMs).
• Design and produce marketing collateral including capability statements, CVs, and tender submissions.
• Develop engaging content for internal and external audiences, including newsletters and SharePoint updates.
• Coordinate event marketing, CSR initiatives, and community engagement campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
