Qualifications & experience

Great attention to details

Cleaning skills

Drivers licence

Labouring experience as this is a physically demanding role

IICRC & ITI accreditation is preferred but not compulsory

Previous experience in water damage restoration is necessary

Positive attitude

Initiative and a can- do attitude

ability to work independently or in a team

Tasks & responsibilities

Perform mould, water and fire damage restoration for residential and commercial clients using professional equipment.

Evaluate and report on works needed on a job.

Ensure all cleaning/ restoration tasks are completed to the highest standard and in accordance to IICRC standards.

Maintain and care for all cleaning & restoration equipment and supplies.

Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns promptly and professionally.

Removing damaged building materials and installing/monitoring drying equipment
