Our client is a leading provider of workshop equipment, installations, and servicing solutions to the automotive industry, and they’re looking for an Administration Support Officer to join their friendly team.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll engage with customers, support sales efforts, coordinate technician schedules, and play a vital part in customer service and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product shipments, stock, sales, and invoicing
- Perform general accounting and administration tasks
- Monitor and respond emails
- Communicate with customers
- Prepare customer quotes and invoices
- Generate service jobs, parts, and sales invoices
- Arrange equipment dispatch and advise customers
- Provide support to sales, service, parts, and warranty teams as required
- Enforce workplace policies and procedures
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Carry out any additional duties requested by management
About You
- Proven administration experience
- Professional phone manner and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- Current driver’s licence
