The award-winning Little Sparrow is now taking applications for its newly opened cafe in Pacific Epping (Epping Plaza).

We are in search of Supervisors & Barista / Allrounders that have the ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage store operations.

The Role:

As a Barista / All Rounder, your duties will include

Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks

Engaging with customers and building the business

Serving customers and using the POS system

Engaging with your team and developing a culture of high quality service

Skills & Experience:

People's person with a positive, can-do attitude and passion for customer service

Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure

Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers

Latte Art preferred but not essential

Previous experience in café (2 Years)

We have numerous vacancies ranging from Full Time / Part Time & Casual . We operate during shopping center hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which will include weekends.
