TRS Resourcing, a leading Melbourne-based recruitment agency, is looking for two skilled tradespeople to join our client's workshop day shift. This client specialises in the new-build construction and repair of fuel tankers and stainless steel tankers.

About the Role:

Located in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, this role offers the chance to work with a national industry leader in constructing, maintaining, and repairing transport trailer equipment. With a steady new and repeat business pipeline, our client is expanding its team and looking for talented Mechanical Fitters to support its growth.

To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Running pneumatic airlines and mounting of componentry.
• Installing Pumps and the associated equipment.
• Fault-finding electrical issues
• Service, repair, and maintain the equipment requirements for the Fuel Tanker Fleet and associated Equipment in compliance with all relevant standards and road transport guidelines.
• Set out and interpret workshop/engineering drawings.
• Have the ability to prioritise work tasks
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
• Hold a mechanical aptitude.
