About us

We are a Family run Business in the Northern Rivers, growing hydroponic lettuce and Herbs, supplying Supermarkets and Wholesalers.

Hours are Mon-Fri, in all weather. Currently 6am start but start time can change. Picking/packing and planting lettuce each day. Finish time is different each day, usually around 2pm.

Opportunity to do various other on farm jobs as well. Occasional Saturday work.

No experience required, we will give full training on daily tasks and expectations. We are hands on Owners, that work alongside our employees, in all the elements. We like to get the job done efficiently, and are a kind, friendly and hardworking family, we expect the same from our employees. We are looking for someone who can start straight away and will be available over holiday periods. Ideally available over the Christmas period right up to Easter, as this is our busy period. However we harvest all year round so a permanent position is achievable.

We don't work the public holidays over Christmas but are busy in the leadup and days following. So important the applicant is available at this time.
