About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Picker and Packer to join our team at our Concord location. The role involves preparing customer orders, maintaining accuracy, and supporting the smooth running of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack skincare, makeup, and haircare orders

Work towards agreed productivity and accuracy KPIs (minimum 99% accuracy)

Prepare and process 70–90 packages per 5‑hour shift

Assist with general warehouse duties including:

unpacking deliveries

restocking shelves

cleaning and maintaining a safe workspace

About You

Previous experience in a warehouse or order packing role is highly regarded but not essential

High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without compromising accuracy

Comfortable achieving daily KPIs in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Physically fit and capable of moving boxes (within safe lifting limits)
