ESP Recruitment is seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers / Pick Packers to join our team in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. Positions start on a casual, on-call basis with the opportunity for ongoing work based on performance.
Fantastic casual pay rates
Day shift 7:30AM
Supportive team culture

Duties may include:
Working on fast-paced conveyor lines
Picking, packing & repacking products
Labelling & quality checking
Food handling & weighing products
Stacking pallets / general housekeeping
Unloading & sorting stock
Following OHS & food safety guidelines
What we’re looking for:
Physically fit and reliable
Able to read, write & communicate clearly in English
Current driver’s licence + reliable transport
PPE: Safety boots & hi-vis polo
Understanding of strict food safety rules (HACCP / GMP knowledge a plus)
Good personal presentation & hygiene
Previous production/warehouse experience preferred
Must be available for on-call shifts and immediate start
