The opportunity

Fat pomelo' is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team at our lively venue in Narrabeen, NSW. This is a full-time or casual role, providing an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

Key responsibilities

Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines and other beverages to our customers

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests

Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Have strong team culture and able to support your colleagues on the floor as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a bartender in a similar high-volume hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, beers and wines

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive team culture

NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
