About the Role:

We are seeking a Licensed Electrician for a permanent, full-time position in our mechanical electrical projects team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while growing your career in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install electrical and control systems for mechanical services safely, efficiently, and productively.

· Maintain good communications with the Project Manager and other personnel.

· Perform testing, verification, and quality assurance of installations.

· Ordering and management of materials.

· Training and mentoring of apprentices.

· Uphold and promote high safety standards and best practices.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· NSW Electrical trade licence

· Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)

· Strong knowledge and experience in terminating switchboards, motors and instruments

· Experience in mechanical services / commercial construction

· Ability to work independently with confidence.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

· Ability to uphold company policies and align with Rycon’s values.
