In this temporary full-time role, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and senior leaders to drive initiatives from planning through to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable results.

What you'll be doing
The Project Officer is responsible for:
- Managing a wide range of projects, in collaboration with management, stakeholders and peers
- The effective and efficient delivery of defined project outcomes within agreed timeframes, budgets, quality and resources
- Providing research and analysis to inform project development and implementation and senior management, as needed.

Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience providing high-level project support, preferably within large or complex organisations.
Proven ability to work across multiple projects or workstreams, balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Experience in supporting project delivery, including monitoring progress, managing scope, tracking risks/issues, and providing accurate reporting and advice to project managers and executives.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with working knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) and project management methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
