The Role
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Fitter to join our engineering team in Mandurah. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production lines and equipment, carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance, and contributing to continuous improvement projects across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on production machinery and plant equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in a fast paced environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability of equipment
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime

About You

• Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter (Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent)
• Previous experience in the food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing industry highly regarded
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and troubleshoot complex problems
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to GMP and HACCP standards
