Programmed Skilled Workforce is partnering with a renowned manufacturer and distributor of premium herbs and spices, and we're looking for experienced and motivated Forklift Operators to join their high-performing team in Palmwoods, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate E16/Counterbalance forklifts primarily in outdoor environments, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods

Perform High Reach forklift operations within cold room environments, maintaining precision and safety in low-temperature conditions

Accurately shift and position products in designated cold storage and outdoor locations according to inventory guidelines

Deliver stock—including bins, CHEP pallets, and other materials—promptly to internal departments to support smooth operations

Manage waste rotation and disposal processes, including transferring bins to compactors and handling herb waste trailers

Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing delivery trucks in compliance with site safety standards

Handle, transport, and store chemicals responsibly, adhering strictly to company protocols and relevant safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

Current/Valid forklift License with proven experience in a fast-paced environment

Minimum of 6 months forklift operating experience required

Reliable transport to and from Palmwoods

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Safety-first mindset and ability to handle varied tasks

Flexibility for day and afternoon shifts, with some weekend availability
