We’re seeking an ambitious Project Manager who is early in their career and ready to take the next step. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with an experienced team, receive mentoring, and grow into a future leader within the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist in delivering multiple bespoke residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with Site Managers, Architects, Consultants, and Clients to maintain smooth project delivery.
• Monitor and report on project progress, forecasting potential challenges and escalating where needed.
• Support in managing contracts, budgets, and project schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• Construction-related degree or diploma.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Management or Contract Administration (ideally within the custom or luxury residential sector).
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, compliance, and industry standards.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn.
