Step into a career-building role with one of Melbourne’s fastest growing construction companies, specialising in concrete structures for large-scale building projects. You’ll also be working directly with the Manager, an ex-Structural Engineer who moved into construction, meaning you’ll get real technical guidance as well as hands-on site and project delivery experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting project scheduling, planning, and coordination of concrete pours and site logistics.
• Managing documentation, reporting, and compliance paperwork.
• Acting as the link between site teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assisting with procurement, cost tracking, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

What they’re looking for:

• A great attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Some experience in concrete structures, building construction, or structural engineering.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
