About the Service
At Lives Lived Well, we’ve been supporting people to live their lives well for over 40 years. We’re growing fast and building a reputation as a trusted, innovative provider focused on clinical excellence—and we’d love you to be part of it.
About the role
If you're a purpose-driven leader with a passion for evidence-based practice and implementation, this is your opportunity to shape the future of care.
As our Clinical Research and Program Content Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of clinical innovation at LLW. Based at our head office in Bowen Hills, this full-time, ongoing role will see you lead the translation of research into practice, embed evidence-based programs, and drive continuous improvement across our services. In this role, you will:

- Lead and support two Digital Peer Support Workers, ensuring their contribution aligns with LLW’s digital service delivery and organisational values
- Design and embed clinical programs and content that are grounded in best practice, user-friendly, and adaptable across in-person, remote, and digital settings.
- Champion implementation and change, working across teams to ensure new programs are effectively adopted, embedded, and sustained in practice.
- Drive outcome measurement and data-informed decision-making, collaborating with the Data & Quality team to analyse clinical outcomes, identify trends, and inform governance and service improvement.
- Produce high-quality, accessible content—including textual, visual, and multimedia formats—that communicates complex clinical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Provide clinical leadership to digital services, supporting the integration of digital tools and offering guidance on complex cases and emerging technologies.
- Build strong partnerships with research institutions, sector stakeholders, and internal teams to enhance LLW’s clinical evidence base and reputation as a leader in EBP.
- Support direct service delivery when required, including assessments, interventions, and consultation on complex presentations.
About you
You’re a strategic and systems thinker with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for innovation. You’re confident leading change, influencing stakeholders, and embedding new ways of working. You bring a balance of analytical rigour, creativity, and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for the people we serve.
You’ll also bring:
- Postgraduate qualifications in health, allied health, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience delivering EBPs and translating research into service models.
- Strong skills in data analysis, outcome measurement, and program development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership skills.
