A Bit About Us – The Agape Way
We’re not your average physio clinic. Agape Physiotherapy has been steadily growing for over 5 years, built on values that guide everything we do:
Continuous improvement (Kaizen)
Authenticity
Rallying together
Going the extra mile
Family looking after family
We are a team that supports each other, takes pride in high standards, and genuinely cares for patients and one another. No gossip, no egos — just good people, doing meaningful work.
About the Role – Clinic Lead
This is a dual role:
Physiotherapist (20 hours/week): Continue to use your clinical expertise to treat and care for our community.
Clinic Lead (20+ hours/week): Lead our clinic operations, support and develop the team, marketing and make sure the practice runs smoothly.
What You’ll Lead & Oversee:
Team Leadership: lead admin and physios with a focus on quality control, team standards, and culture. Steering the ship with the help of the Director.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Run interviews, oversee onboarding, and support team integration.
Operations: Oversee rosters, compliance, WHS, budgets, payroll, and cash flow forecasting.
Complaints & Issues: Resolve patient complaints (non-clinical) and staff conflicts early, using our Decision Matrix.
Training: Identify team training needs and organise sessions.
Reporting: create weekly reports (plan + wrap-up) and a monthly scorecard to track clinic movement and base decisions off this.
Culture: Protect Agape’s values — ensuring “family looking after family” isn’t just words, but lived daily.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Minimum 3 years clinical experience.
Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
Confidence leading others — able to delegate, coach, and hold people accountable.
Comfortable with systems, numbers, and structure (rostering, payroll, budgets).
A steady, reliable personality who thrives on clarity and order.
Preferred:
Prior leadership or leadership experience.
Experience with finances, budgeting and cash flow forecasting (training provided if needed).
Who You Are (Beyond the Resume)
A steady hand under pressure — calm, practical, reliable.
Detail-oriented — you like things done properly and documented well.
A natural leader — you set the tone by example, not ego.
Decisive — you’re comfortable making a call, but humble enough to ask when needed.
Loyal — you’re looking for a role with depth, meaning, and stability.
Growth-minded — continuously seeking areas of improvement and refining yourself.
This role is well-suited to someone who:
Will thrive off creating stability and maintaining stability as well as supporting good culture.
loves systems and structure.
appreciates clear authority, decision-making framework, and ability to lead.
What We Want for You
A seat at the table: your voice matters here.
Freedom to lead: with clear guidelines, you’ll have autonomy to run operations.
Growth (personally and professionally): mentorship, leadership training, and career development into Operations Manager or equity if desired.
Security: a stable, full-time role with financial stability as well as endless opportunities.
Belonging: a team that feels like family and values more than just numbers.
The Future
This role is designed to grow. As Agape expands, there is a clear pathway into Operations Manager / Multi-Site Leadership. If you’re looking for stability, responsibility, and growth — this is it. As the leadership demand increases, you may choose to reduce your clinical hours to further support clinic growth.

We don’t want a generic application.
We want the real you.
In your cover letter, please share:
