About the Role

At Docksafe, we specialise in the installation, service, and repair of loading dock equipment, roller doors, and automated gates across warehouses, logistics hubs, and industrial sites.

We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Electrical Fitter or experienced Field Service Technician to join our growing Brisbane field service team.

This is a mobile role where you'll independently service equipment on-site, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults, and keep our clients’ operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair loading dock equipment, automatic gates, and roller doors

Perform preventative maintenance and equipment audits

Installation & commissioning of new equipment

Use our app-based system to log reports and documentation

Uphold site safety standards and Docksafe procedures

Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Electrical qualifications (or strong electrical troubleshooting experience)

Mechanical aptitude – welding and hydraulic knowledge is a plus

Ability to work independently and think on your feet

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willing to travel across SE QLD (occasional overnight stays)
