As we grow, we are seeking a Solicitor with an unrestricted practising certificate to join us as the firm’s Solicitor-Director. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping a law practice from the ground up.

The Role

Act as Solicitor-Director of the firm, holding an unrestricted practising certificate in the ACT.

Oversee and supervise all legal matters, with a strong focus on property and conveyancing law.

Advise and assist clients on residential and commercial property transactions.

Ensure compliance with legal, trust account, and regulatory obligations.

Collaborate with the team to develop efficient systems, workflows, and best practices.

Contribute to the firm’s strategic growth, marketing, and business development.

About You

We are looking for a solicitor who is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and ready to take on a leadership role.

Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with an unrestricted practising certificate in the ACT.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in property and conveyancing law.

Strong understanding of PEXA and electronic conveyancing platforms.

Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and provide supervision where required.

Interest in growing a law firm and shaping its direction.
