About the role:

As a Senior Beauty Therapist/Team Lead, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the salon, guide and motivate a team of talented beauty therapists, and ensure every client’s experience is seamless and memorable. From driving business performance to nurturing team development, you’ll be at the heart of the salon’s success.

Your responsibilities:

Leading and mentoring a team to deliver outstanding services including lash extensions, lash lift, facial threading, tinting, waxing, facials and skin care services.

Ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Managing salon operations, stock control, and performance targets.

Conducting skin consultations and recommending home care products and treatment plans.

Driving team growth through coaching, training, and performance development.

Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming salon environment.

About you:

Holds a Beauty Therapy qualification (Diploma/Cert-IV).

Has at least 2+ year of experience in a salon environment in Australia.

Is highly skilled in eyelash extensions, waxing and skin care treatments.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Has experience of managing team performance and stock management.

Has excellent communication skills and a passion for personal and team development.
